This seller of mobility vehicles has no display yard, but conveniently brings the vehicle to your place.
This made the viewing and trying-out of the vehicle so easy as we were not in a position to travel around the suburbs very easily, as one of us has very poor mobility and stability
But, now that we have the van we can travel anywhere with much less effort and difficulty!
Matthew Chong was always so helpful and obliging. He even paired our mobile phone with the van’s AV system for us.
We did have some delays in the purchasing process as the backing camera had failed (after certification), but Matthew has that subject fully experienced now, so future purchasers will have no delays.
The vehicle has seen use in Japan so the main screen is in the Japanese language. This can be (partially) transformed to English which we are still to do. Alternatively, the Audio-Visual system can be replaced with one suitable for local conditions.
We are finding the van is comfortable and a pleasure to drive.
